We are a family-owned store: we sell and fit floors, and we clean them. Landlords keep the account because one call covers a turnover end to end, and because the cleaning crew has talked plenty of people out of a replacement they did not need.

Carpet cleaning

Craig started this side of the business in 1991 and the crew runs an RX20 rotary extractor. Enzyme and pet odor work, stain treatment, re-stretches and relays. We would rather save a carpet than sell you one you did not need.

Before you replace it

Wrinkled carpet is usually a stretch, not a replacement.

Ripples and waves across a floor almost always mean the carpet has relaxed off its tack strip, not that it has worn out. A power stretch pulls it back and it is done in an afternoon for a fraction of a new floor. The cleaning crew has saved units that were already on a replacement list.

No. Estimates and bids are free, and we will bring samples out to the house or the property rather than making you come to us if that is easier. We also guarantee 5% under any bid you have in hand.

That is our specialty. Multi-family, property management and landlords have been the core of the business since 1986. Account holders get discounted rates, and Elite Customers get priority on cleanings and water extractions plus $20 off every minimum repair and relay.

We run 24/7 water extraction for customers with an account set up. Elite Customers go to the front of that queue, and we handle the relay after the extraction as well, so it is one call rather than three.

Vinyl plank is waterproof through the whole board, which is why it goes into kitchens, baths and rentals. Laminate is a wood-composite core with a printed wear layer, and the waterproof laminate we stock closes most of that gap. Come to the showroom and we will put them side by side for you.
