Chapter 01
Started in 1991, still running the same machine
Craig Williams started the carpet cleaning division in 1991, after marrying into the Gresham family a decade earlier, and it has run alongside the flooring side of the business ever since. The crew works off an RX20 rotary extractor, which lifts more out of the pile than a standard wand and does it without leaving a carpet soaked for days.
The cleaning team carries over sixty years of combined experience between them, and every cleaning job finishes the same day it starts. There is no coming back tomorrow to pick up equipment or finish a room.

Vacant units and the odors nobody wants to smell first
J-X Deep Clean is built for vacant homes and apartments, the turnover cleans where a unit needs to be ready before a new tenant walks through the door. Pet odor treatment, enzyme treatments, and general odor and mildew control go with it, aimed at what is actually causing the smell rather than just masking it for a showing.
Stain treatment covers the rest of it, whatever is left on a carpet after a tenant moves out or a spill goes untreated too long. The crew has talked plenty of landlords out of a full replacement once they saw what actually came out of the pile.

Beyond the carpet itself
Re-stretches, repairs and relays are part of the same visit when a carpet has rippled or needs to come up and go back down after other work in the room. Upholstery cleaning runs on the same equipment, and ceramic tile and grout cleaning and sealing covers the hard surfaces in the same house or unit, so one visit can cover the carpet and the hard floors together.

Hard-surface sanitizing, and the fine print we publish ourselves
Hard-surface floor cleaning and sanitizing runs at heat over 175 degrees with no added chemicals, which makes it safe around kids, pets and anyone sensitive to fumes or asthma triggers. It is a genuinely different process from the tile and grout cleaning above, built for sealed hard flooring rather than grouted surfaces.
We publish the limits on it plainly rather than let a customer find out the hard way: it is not meant to clean grout, it is not for use on real hardwood, and it will not repair scratches already in a vinyl floor. If a floor needs one of those instead, we will point you to the right service rather than run the wrong one on it.
