Chapter 01
Next day on anything already on the wall
Most flooring companies order your job in after you have chosen it, which is why an install date can sit weeks out from the day you picked a color. We keep dozens of colors and styles in stock at 5101 SW 36th, so if what you want is already on the wall, the crew can cut it and have it down the next day. Special orders still come from the mill, and the sales team will tell you plainly which one you are looking at when they measure.
The crew behind that schedule has over two hundred years of combined installation experience, carpet through to hardwood and tile. That is not a number we round up. It is what happens when the same people stay on the job for decades, which is also why the work looks the same whether it is a single bedroom or a full turnover.

Tear-out and haul-away, not left for you to sort
Every installation includes tearing out the old floor and hauling it away, which is the part people forget to ask about until there is a pile of old carpet in the driveway. The crew clears the site as they go rather than leaving debris behind for someone else to deal with.
Every job carries a one-year labor warranty. If something about the install itself is not right, we come back and fix it. Chapter 03
Repairs, sealing and pet treatments on floors we did not necessarily install
Not every job is a full replacement. We handle floor repairs and sealing on existing floors, and pet treatments where a spot has taken damage a full room does not need replacing over. If a section of tile has cracked or a plank has lifted, we would rather look at it and tell you honestly whether it is a repair or a replacement than sell you a bigger job than the floor actually needs.
Commercial projects, new construction and multi-family installation run through the same crew and the same warranty terms as a residential job. Property managers and general contractors get one point of contact for scheduling across multiple units or a whole build.
