Most flooring stores show you a catalogue and order your carpet in after you decide, which puts a real install date weeks out from the day you picked a color. We keep dozens of colors and styles rolled out on the wall at 5101 SW 36th, so what is actually stocked can be cut and laid the next day. Special orders still come from the mill and take longer, and the sales team will tell you honestly which one you are looking at.
The roll wall is also the fastest way to see how a color actually reads under real light rather than on a small swatch. We would rather you walk it before you commit a whole house to it.

Neither end is the wrong choice, they are just built for different jobs, and the sales team will steer you toward the tier that matches what the room needs rather than the most expensive option on the shelf.
Free estimates and bids come with every quote, and we bring samples to the house or the property if a trip to the showroom is not practical.
Chapter 03
Wrinkles are usually a stretch, not a new floor
Ripples and waves across a carpet almost always mean it has relaxed off its tack strip over time, not that it is worn out. A power stretch pulls it back tight and is typically finished in an afternoon, at a fraction of the cost of replacing the floor. The cleaning crew has saved units that were already on a replacement list over exactly this.
Repairs and relays cover the rest of it, seam damage, a section that has taken a burn or a stain past what cleaning fixes, or a piece that needs to be pulled up and re-laid after other work in the room. Send a photo or have us look at it, and if it genuinely is finished, we will tell you that too.
